Product Introduction

1. Carbon fiber bonding material (impregnated rubber) CXS-312

■ "Xinshuo" CXS-312 carbon fiber impregnated adhesive has passed the safety appraisal of GB50728-2011, and has passed fatigue resistance, long-term stress resistance, non-toxic testing experiments, etc., to meet 50 years of design and use needs.

■ With excellent wettability and thixotropy, good permeability, easy construction and saving of glue, no primer, no empty drum.

■ It meets the requirements of Class I grade A adhesive and is used together with Xinshuo® carbon fiber cloth to ensure the adaptability and reliability of the entire reinforcement system.

■ Good resistance to aging and medium (acid, boron, water), curing at room temperature. The proportion of glue can be adjusted according to the ambient temperature.

■ Does not contain volatile solvents, non-toxic and other characteristics, special environment (humidity, high temperature, low temperature) structural adhesive can be developed and customized.

2. Carbon Board Adhesive CXS-621

■ It meets the requirements of Class I A-grade adhesive and is used together with the same brand "Xin Shuo" carbon fiber board to ensure the adaptability and reliability of the entire reinforcement system.

■ "Xinshuo" CXS-621 carbon sheet adhesive has excellent thixotropic properties, easy construction and saving of glue, and the construction process does not flow under dynamic loading conditions.

■ "Xinshuo" CXS-621 carbon sheet adhesive has good operability, no delamination, no segregation, and is especially suitable for prestressed carbon sheet tension construction.

■ Environmental protection, no volatile solvents, safe and non-toxic.

3. Steel glue CXS-603

■ It meets the requirements of Class I grade A glue, has excellent thixotropic properties, is easy to apply, and avoids emptying caused by the extrusion of steel plates.

■ It has the characteristics of super strong cohesive force, excellent toughness and anti-peeling strength and load transfer.
