Jiangshan And Donghua University Jointly Establish An "Engineering Practice Education Center"

July 1st is the first day of the week, the first day of the month, and the first day of the second half of the year. Many significant historical events occur in the second half of the year, such as the founding of the Communist Party of China, the founding of the People's Liberation Army, and the founding of the People's Republic of China. On this special day, the "Engineering Practice Education Center," jointly established by Shandong Jiangshan Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. and Donghua University, welcomed its first batch of teachers and students for on-site internships.

　　To better promote the effective implementation of the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program," create a new mechanism for joint talent cultivation between universities and industry enterprises, and meet the future development needs of enterprises, Shandong Jiangshan Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. and Donghua University, based on the spirit of mutual cooperation, leveraging each other's strengths, and complementing each other's needs, reached an agreement after multiple discussions and exchanges to jointly build an "Engineering Practice Education Center."

　　On July 1st, under a bright sun and gentle breeze, the two parties held a signing and awarding ceremony at Jiangshan Company's Pingyuan production base.

　Welcome party

　　Shandong Jiangshan Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. held a welcome reception, where Chairman Li Xinhe attended and delivered a speech. He first warmly welcomed the teachers and students from Donghua University. He emphasized that Jiangshan Company will approach the work with an open attitude, a pragmatic spirit, and enthusiasm, and has already organized a team of ten internal trainers to be responsible for related training. During the reception, he told the students that carbon fiber is a strategic new material with many aspects worth exploring. He hoped that during their internship, the students could learn about carbon fiber, understand the composite materials industry, find their own interests, and contribute to the industry's development in the future. Finally, he stressed that personal safety is a prerequisite for the successful completion of the internship and must be given high priority. He expressed his expectation that the students would return "fully loaded" with knowledge of carbon fiber composite materials.
