Xinshuo® carbon fiber pultruded sheet is continuously produced from continuous carbon fiber tow and high-performance epoxy resin independently developed by Jiangshan through thermosetting pultrusion molding process. The carbon fibers are fully impregnated, the tension is uniform, and after molding, the sheet surface is smooth, has high straightness, and does not split.

After years of independent research and development, Jiangshan Company has developed a series of modified epoxy structural adhesives for reinforcement, including carbon cloth impregnation adhesive, carbon plate adhesive, steel bonding adhesive, crack filling adhesive, rebar anchoring adhesive, and bridge splicing adhesive, which are compatible with Xinshuo products. Among them, the impregnation adhesive, carbon plate adhesive, and steel bonding adhesive have been launched on the market and have been well received by customers.

Prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement is an active reinforcement technology that utilizes the high strength and high elasticity of carbon fiber plates to bond epoxy adhesive to concrete components. Prestress is applied to the carbon fiber plates through anchors assembled at both ends of the carbon plates, forming a new stress balance and improving the structural bearing capacity.

Carbon fiber composite pipeline reinforcement and repair technology utilizes reinforcing carbon fibers and high and low temperature resistant matrix resins to form a composite material reinforcement layer on the outside of the pipeline. This layer shares the load borne by the pipeline, limits the radial expansion and circumferential tensile stress caused by internal pressure at pipeline defects, thereby achieving the purpose of reinforcing defects and restoring the pipeline's normal pressure-bearing capacity.
