On November 2nd, 2019, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Jiangshan Technology held a unique "I'm Confident, I Can Do It – The Spirit of the Post-90s Generation, Employee Meet-and-Greet" event. Dozens of Jiangshan's post-90s employees gathered to have a direct dialogue with General Manager Ms. Han Shumin. Everyone spoke freely. 　　At the meeting, Ms. Han, a mother of two children born in the 1990s and the matriarch of a company, shared the growth stories of her two sons. Every 90s generation member present was like a child in the Jiangshan Technology family. 　　With unwavering faith, we will surely achieve great things! Ms. Han shared the success story of her most admired entrepreneur, Kazuo Inamori. He founded Kyocera at 27 and DDI (Daiji Telecom) at 52. In 2010, he took over Japan Airlines, which was on the verge of bankruptcy, and within three years, created three world No. 1 achievements: No. 1 in profit, No. 1 in on-time performance, and No. 1 in service quality. This is all thanks to his belief in doing things to the best of his ability and striving for excellence.

　　Although they are all born in the 1990s, some of them have been associated with Jiangshan Technology for nearly ten years. At Jiangshan Technology, they have been working on the front lines, humbly learning and absorbing knowledge. Over the years, they have become technical backbones with skills, responsibility, and ability in various positions, and have taken on very important roles.
