Winding is a highly mechanized molding process. A winding machine precisely weaves a set of yarns onto a pre-designed mold according to a pre-set program, ultimately forming a composite product. The advantage of winding is that it maintains the preload of the yarns throughout the entire molding process, allowing all fibers to share the stress on the product simultaneously, thus better utilizing the performance of this new material.

Prepreg is a high-performance composite material that combines the advantages of carbon fiber and resin matrix. It maintains stable mechanical properties at high temperatures and can be used for extended periods in harsh environments. Jiangshan Technology's independently developed FRD resin system has launched a series of prepreg products, including high-strength and high-toughness, halogen-free flame-retardant, high-strength and high-modulus, high-transparency, high-wave-transmitting, high-temperature resistant, and low-temperature rapid-curing prepregs.
